Heather Star Childers is an American anchor on the television news channel. She worked as a news anchor for Fox News Channel from 2010 until the year 2020. She is currently anchoring American Agenda on Newsmax TV.

 Childers was born in Hartsville in South Carolina and grew up close to Charlotte, North Carolina. She graduated from Myers Park High School, in 1987. Childers was a student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and then graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with an undergraduate degree in English.
