Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore, has been an Hollywood writer and actor for several years. Also, she is lauded by reviewers. Sagittarius. She was born on the coast of North Carolina December 3, 1960. She is the oldest out of the three children who were born to Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) and Anne Smith who was a psychologist.
